The author definitely had good intentions.Yet I did not like how the book does not share any technical details, equipment to buy, tech set up, or anything of that nature. It mostly discusses how to make a power point presentation. If you went to college or function in the business world you will already know how to do this. I found several great and more useful websites dedicated to how to set up (tech tools, tactics, and expectations) a Udemy course, and I suggest you do the same. This seems like just another "get rich" at your expense book. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. I hope their Udemy course is better.Product details

Bob's process is logical and easy to follow. My only criticisms are no example from an actual course in the text, and the text as presented was full of grammatical errors.
Can't tell you how many "how to" books I've read that skim over everything without actually ever really telling you "how to" do whatever it is. But this one is different. While this book may be short (means no fluff) Its exactly what the title says. The author tells you EXACTLY how to put your course together with very clear actionable steps. I paid 99 cents for this book and its easily worth much more. If you're stuck on how to go about creating an online course this book gives a great outline and clear instructions.

I guess this was OK. Just starting to become a bit skeptical of these get-rich-on-Udemy guides. If it's so great, why are all these teachers trying to make money with KDP?
If you're thinking about creating a udemy course or even a self hosted course , you must buy this book and take the companion course on udemy online. Bob does an amazing job walking you through creating a course step-by-step A-to-Z a true simple fast blueprint I wished I would've read this before I created my first course it would have saved me dozens of hours. It only took me one hour to consume this book I'm going to go back and take notes of course but I got more great ideas in that hour then I have in the last six months researching how to create a online course. Thanks Bob ! I'm going to use this info to improve on my Udemy course "Lose 20 Pounds In 30 Days Fast, Healthy Paleo Weight Loss" and apply what Bob shows us here rather than just posting random free codes all over the place like "YouTubeFree1"
I think it's a great idea that all of us Udemy instructors network and support each other any way we can. Bob your next book and course needs to go into the detail of marketing promotion and selling a online course however may already be in the works
Good basic information, but seems like it was rushed to publication to promote author's video course. I hope for buyer's sake he takes more care producing his videos. This effort probably passes spell-check, but wrong words correctly spelled are distracting.
That said, I commend him for not playing the "get rich quick" card.
Many books have good ideas in theory but they do not help the reader know what action to take. But Bob Marx leads his readers through a simple step-by-step process to take action immediately.
Learning is easier because of the way Bob breaks the lesson into smaller sections.
This is an Excellent course with useful information, presented in an easy and enjoyable manner!
As I finished reading, I not only have a book full of yellow highlighting but I also have several pages of notes to help start my new course.
